How to Reset Your Password

Reset Steps

  1. Go to the dashboard login page
  2. Click Forgot Password? below the login form
  3. Enter your Username
  4. Click Request
  5. Check your email for the reset link
  6. Click the reset link in the email
  7. Enter your new password (twice)
  8. Click Set Password
tip

Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within a few minutes.

Password Requirements

Your password must have:

Minimum lengthAt least 16 characters
NumbersAt least 1 number (0-9)
UppercaseAt least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
Special charactersAt least 1 special character
